Use of WindSage
WindSage provides informational wind, forecast, tide, water-condition, and location guidance for planning. You are responsible for deciding whether conditions are safe for your skill, equipment, location, and local rules.
Ride Conditions and recommendations
Ride Conditions, kite-size guidance, session labels, direction labels, calendar windows, forecast cards, and notifications are informational planning outputs. They do not guarantee that a launch is safe, legal, supervised, or appropriate for your equipment or ability.
No safety guarantee
WindSage does not guarantee that forecasts, observations, recommendations, notifications, or location information are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any specific activity.
Subscriptions and paid features
If WindSage offers subscriptions or paid features, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling will follow the terms shown in the App Store purchase flow and Apple account settings.
Premium Forecast features may include forecast maps, advanced model guidance, advanced charts, calendar planning, and notification capabilities depending on app version, location coverage, data availability, and subscription status.
Manuals and support content
Website manuals and support pages explain how WindSage is designed to work. They are documentation, not professional instruction, safety certification, or emergency guidance.
Sponsor content
WindSage may display sponsor cards. Sponsored content should be clearly labeled and does not change the requirement that riders verify conditions and local rules independently.
