- What happened instead.
- Whether the problem affects Ride Conditions, kite sizing, live wind, forecast maps, forecast charts, tide, data sources, sponsors, locations, or settings.
Before contacting support
The WindSage manual explains the main dashboard, Forecast screen, Settings, Kite Spots, and Data Sources. It can help identify whether a behavior is expected, missing data, or a possible app issue. Notifications, subscription purchase, WindSage Plus access, and the in-app Feedback form are unavailable in the initial release.
